Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can tell me which of the supermarkets sell the best cartons of juice for making wine.
I live in Scotland.
Cheers.

Boiling doesn't get rid of additives. Just check it's free of artificial preservatives. Potassium sorbate or whatever it's called.

As said 100% juice, from concentrate & not from the chiller is OK too

Edit. Technically doesn't need to be 100% juice. I'm trying some elder-flower cordial in a TC and am thinking it might be OK in an apple WOW. Main thing is, no preservatives

If you want it for wine making then presumably you may want some grape juice. Unfortunately the shops that sell it seem to be getting fewer and fewer and white grape juice is no longer on the shelves anywhere, Waitrose used to sell it.

For red grape juice (combined with apple juice makes a nice Rose) either Sainsburys in non-chilled cartons, or Asda / Waitrose for chilled. I get my apple juice from Lidl as it's 83p for 1.5L, I use this for both wine and turbo cider.
