For the life of me i cannot find the recipe on this site to make cider from cheap apple juice from the supermarket juice. i know ive read it.
Do i need to use cider yeast or will wine yeast be ok?
what is the difference between the pure juice and the concentrate.
cheers.

cheers. didnt quite understand what he was doing with the yeast tho. but i got a gd insight to it.

apple juice from concentrate and yeast, done a couple with cider yeast but the next one will be with wine yeast because thats all i've got. I think the original recipe says you can use bread yeast. I didn't bother making a yeast starter when i made mine just filled the demijon with apple juice and put in a sachet of cider yeast
