I love brewing outdoors.
Blue sky and frosty today but so lovely to be outside and brewing up some Christmas delights.

And the clean up seems easier to !

Where does everyone else brew / prefer to brew ?

In the kitchen. With door and blinds closed. I have photophobia. Thank *od the clocks have gone back.

Gunge - it’s all that hot chilli/curry you keep eating !

If you hated garlic too I’d be asking if you had fangs ! 🤣

In the kitchen, tied to the gas hob. Currently in the process of building a small and simple recirculating mash system/boiler, a side benefit of which will allow outdoor brewing (in close proximity to the BBQ).

Outside for me, I'm a bit weird so I like brewing when it's dark and cold and the kettle is the only heat source!

I do genuinely have an aversion to light, but brew in the kitchen because a) me motorbike lives in the shed and b) everything is already at hand in the kitchen. Talking about garlic, I once made some garlic beer... by using too many Summit hops! Love garlic but not beer tasting of it.

I brew in my utility room. We had a couple of extractor fans put in to help with the smells.
I prioritise beer over laundry!
But the sun, does always help with brewing, I think

Kitchen for mashing and boiling, garage to transfer liquids and outside for immersion chilling.

I brew in the garage with the door open and seem to enjoy it more when it’s freezing cold and the steam is keeping me warm.
