Hi,
I'm wanting to brew a summery beer and have the following hops to play with. Any ideas?

120g Challenger
100g Fuggles
80g Bobek
60g EKG
40g Cascade

I know this is very lazy to ask and not do my own research, but I have to act quickly to fit a brewday in!
Cheers,
Dave

Id go for a single hop Challenger beer. Keep it light in colour and match your bitterness level to your OG. In my book you cant go wrong wih Challenger, but maybe finish with a bit of EKG.
Do not fall into the trap of "Ive got these ingredients, so Ill use them"

For me

90% pale malt
10% crystal malt
4.5% alc

Fuggle 35g Bobek 45g 75 mins
Bobek 35g at 80deg flameout for 10mins

mash 64deg 100mins
boil 75mins
