First time brew and anyway I bottled 2 weeks ago and primed it with I think was 2g of brewing sugar (I used the calc anyway) I've looked at one of the bottles (the only clear one) and it looks like wort on the bottom of the bottle if I shake it, it will mix in but then comes back. Is it wort where I've not syphoned good enough? Will it affect anything?

Just so I can learn for the next brew if I messed up and how bad I messed up. Thanks

Probably just the yeast having consumed the priming sugar, carbonating your beer and settling out (like when fermenting) ready for you to drink.

It's all normal

You have nothing to worry about ,as this is just your yeast which has settled out .when pouring your beer just leave the yeast in the bottom of the bottles ,unless its a yeast beer ,which you would add the yeast to your beer at the end of pouring for extra flavour and smell.

Everything is fine! What you see on the bottom of the bottle is likely to be the yeast as it settles to the bottom after doing its job on the priming sugar. Shaking the bottle isn't a good idea if you want a nice clear pint. Keep them upright and move them somewhere cool for a couple of weeks.
