1, My airlock as stopped working but there is still bubbles in the demijohn is this time to rack

2, I have no citric acid will jiff lemon do If so how much should I use

1. What is it and how long has it been going?
What does it taste like and/or what does your hydrometer say?

I would suggest that if less than 1 month, leave it alone.


2. Depends on the wine, 1 tablespoon of Jif is about the same as 1 teaspoon of citric.

Its a raspberry and red-grape from the supermarket carton with grape concentrate 800g of sugar I do not know how to read a hydrometer even though I have one also no trial jar . I also never had any yeast nutrient but it was bubbling away well good so I guessed I could skip that I have also done your WOW recipe Moley so thank you for that one . My next thing to try is a twinings tea wine . I love your recipes very easy to follow for a brain dead noob like me . As for the Jiff lemon It is just stuff I have lying about the house
