Hi all i have a brewmakers best of British Old london porter on the go.
Its been in the fv for 13 days now and seems to be stuck.
a few days ago i tested it and it was stuck at 1.016 for 3 days, so after reading some
posts on here i decided to give it a gentle stir and give it another two days.
Checked again today and its maybe dropped to 1.015, at most 1.014.
Should i stir again or just give it more time or is it ready to be transfered to corney for conditioning?
Its strange as all my kits only take max 10 days and drop to 1.008-1.010. but this being a two can kit that i was brewing specially for christmas goes and gets stuck just my luck
Any advice will be much appreciated :thumb:
