Made some tea wine, using herbal apple and cinnamon t bags  . Everything went okay for about three days then it all stopped, about one bubble every two minutes. Today added some nutrient to try and kick start it again.

where did I/am I go/going wrong ??????

Is your brew the right temperature to cold will stop it to hot will kill it . You could always make a yeast starter .

Phew thanks to all but my yeast nutrient seems to have kick started it again :thumb:

Ive had a break from wine making for two years and its amazing how you can forget it all so quickly.....well thats my excuse anyway :hmm:

I think its because we get problems with home brewing and have to overcome them -thats what makes it so interesting. If everything went perfect everytime I would probably get bored with it all lol :!:
