I started the kit on the 21st and it the airlock was going crazy for 2-3 days then it stopped completely. The OG was 1044 and I have just checked again and the gravity is 1012. Should I assume that the fermentation has finished? The temperature has stayed at a stable 25c.
I used 1 can of coopers light ale liquid malt and 250g of dex.
