yesterday, i was given 3 hard drives ranging from 160gig to 320gig, 1 is a sata, which i'll prob use myself, the other two are unlike any sockets i have seen before, they are desktop internal hard drives, they are not sata's or ide.
There is only one socket on the back, its about 2"long and about 3 mm tall, the shape is like a vga socket, but longer and thinner, on one it says..ultra 320 scsi/sca2/lvd
any ideas what sort of socket this is at all??

Sound to me there scsi or scuzzy drives they will most prob have come from a server.

Ultra320 will be SCSI (Small Computer Systems Interface)

Google R&R Hard Drive - they may buy them from you
