I just thought it would be interesting to ask if anybody has successfully made any odd flavour combinations on the wine front. I am currently brewing a GARLIC wine (which smells absolutely disgusting so i dont think ill make another of those :sick: ) aswell as a ginger and scotch bonnet wine and a scotch bonnet capsicumel which even looks like it is capable of seriously upsetting a simple palate.
So i was wondering if any fellow homebrewer has ventured into the unknown?
