Hi all,
I am bottling my first batch of homebrew. I have been using the Young's steriliser and cleaner for cleaning and sanitising. I have made a lot of it now to cover the bottles and the bottling vessel and a bunch of other stuff. Any reason why not to store it in my bottling vessel for weeks/months at a time with all my bits and pieces permanently submerged? It would keep all that stuff from getting mouldy/ bacteriay and its the only thing I have big enough to keep the amount of liquid I have. Otherwise I will have to dump a load of it and remake it next time.
It this stuff;

Thanks for any insight you can provide
