Been conditioning my first brew for almost 4 weeks now had one other day tasted good my second batch will be due to bottle on next few days. As I only have a small fridge to condition beer I need to take first batch out so second batch can begin in around 2 weeks can I store my conditiond beer at room temperature and chill as required or will this have a negative effect on the beer changing temperature
