Stock pots

Is anyone using large stainless stock pots as fermentors. Do they work and how have you overcome the lid sealing problem.

You don't have to seal the lid many breweries use open fermentors. The lids the stock pots come with would be fine.

Put a tap in the pot and they work well as a FV, below is my 50L pot, I just rest the lid on the top
