I literally don't know where to start.

"We are customer focused, right down to the cleaning staff." (Because no other business worries about things like customers.)
"Let's crowd source this idea" (Let's steal everyone's ideas for ourselves.)

My pet hates are TLA's.

The management at my old company would used dozens of them, oblivious to the fact that half the people they were talking to had no idea what they were talking about. In the end someone raised a question to a director in a meeting, stating that they were running out of TLA's. When the director asked him what a TLA was, he said Three Letter Acronym.

Communication improved after that.

Where these long words and acronyms work are when dealing with people/agencies who claim to know something, but fail knowing what an acronym means, or use it wrong, or horrifically mispronounce words. Separates the wheat from the chaff.
