Start if infection?

I've gone to check my fermenter to prep for my dry hop later in the week but the beer hasn't cleared as I expect and has a 'odd taste' to it.
I've had a quick look and it looks a little 'greasy' I'm not sure if this is infected?

Assuming it is, I guess I need to bin the plastic fermenter, tap and stainless thermowell?

When you say a weird taste is it metalic, buttery, does it taste like cardboard, it doesn't look infected

It's a mix of yeast and more sour than bitter.
I'm going to try cold crashing a sample to get rid of the yeast taste.
