One of the reasons I joined today was I read on here how good the St Peters Kit is, their Cream Stout. I thought to myself what a coincidence I've gone and bought one of those today along with another 5 gal keg.
I think I may have over done the water, I may have 2 litres to much in.
Anyway I get a discount from the lady owner of the shop, she is friends with my wife on facebook as well as outside of it. I hear the Ruby, is it that's worth a try too? :drink:

It's a bit different to the bottle, which is one of my favourite beers, but it's still a great kit. Probably the fastest keg I've ever drank :-)

Might actually pick up another one and stick it on for Xmas to boost my stocks quickly (given that there seems to be no AG clone).

Ruby is one of my favourite kits. Have made it 3 times now and tastes great every time. All my family love it too. The stout is a great as well.

I've primed the barrel and it will sit silently awaiting my attention in about three months time.:nono:

Its taken at least 3 weeks to reach its appointed FG.
