If you are arriving on the Friday then Church End have a corner that will store our beers so just hand them there.

We get the conference room from 7am on Saturday morning so we will be arranging the judges tables and show tables from then (you may be asked to help if you don't look too hungover). If you are arriving on Saturday morning you can drop me a note so we know to expect the beer and also get it to us before 9:00am. Judging starts at 10am and the judges will want to be assured that we have everything under control.

Actually, I really like waking up to the sound of rain on a tent...no, I really do. Reminds me of when I was young...

What are the arrangements for the weekend? When do I have to deliver competition entry beer to the brewery? Saturday morning?

Can I bring it down the week before...I am going on a BFBi course on 12 May...can I drop off the beer on the way down?

Need guidance...must have instructions...

The event promises to be superb, good weather would be the icing on the cake!

Guys most of our time will be spent in the brewery tap :drink:
Tents are waterproof and mainly for kipping in
The weather will not spoil a thing

Sorry, I'm a lapsed scuba diver and hate getting wet, apart from my hands, top lip and a bit of my chin.

From your Wine stash and brewing prowess I would hasten to guess you quite like getting your insides quite wet too Moley :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink:

Sorry, I probably didn't explain that very well. You started the association of hobbies and getting wet, and I meant that I hated getting wet even when diving, it was strictly drysuit and hood, although I rarely wore gloves.

I expect my insides to be thoroughly saturated this weekend  :drink: :drunk:
