I live in an apartment, I do have somewhat of a storage space about 2.5 X 4m, a bit cluttered though and no window in it.
What would you recommend?

Is this for brewing AG H?

If so with the lack of ventilation you'd need to use electric elements and find a way of venting steam from boiling

no just for the fermentation, i can do the rest in the kitchen.

I built a cupboard with a heater connected to a thermostat.
Guessing you have hot summers and very cold winters, so you may want to think about a way of cooling for the warmer months.
Best thing about my insulated cupboard is i can chose to do lagers and ferment at 14c or other ales at 18-21c
