So, on 7th November this year I mashed my first brew; the Brewferm Tarweiber kit and tonight I am sat here swigging it...
And, it's very good.
A little darker than when I bottled it nearly 4-weeks ago but a great Belgian wheat beer taste and lively so all in all, quite proud of myself for not messing it up.
Gonna keep 2 bottles back, one to sample after 3-months conditioning and another to at try 6-months as I have heard these Brewferm kits get better with age.
Ordered a few more kits, and will be starting the next one within next 2-weeks; maybe the Coopers Lager for the Wifey! :)
