Snow Watch...

It's been snowing hard overnight in Ayrshire fair old covering on the ground. :party:

it's melting here now. nothing left on the roads

This was taken at about 09:00 outside york on the A64. The road as you can see is covered in snow its also a dual carrageway not that it looks like one really. Where the road is showing its actually black-ice :shock: when the van infront stoped which was a good 200 yards infront of me it took me until about a foot from his bumper to stop my car it was that slippery Van looks close but ive eddited the image of alot of background and some electronic gagetry that is in the car :twisted:

was a bit of snow here, its about melted, but its snowing again....for what good it will do...no snowman building with my daughter....we never get any snow!!!

got a bit of a dusting last night.
lots more today, coming down like a blizzard for 10-15 mins at a time then stopping.

Snowed overnight all of about 3mm dusting then it melted trying its best to snow again now i'm glad I never entered the snowman building comp :rofl:

Country at a standstill though :shock:

well it thawed and now it's coming down by the bucket load!!!

in ten mins it's covered the roads again and anything that still had snow on it now has an inch... of what got thawed, now has half inch back on it!

c'mon God :pray: ... give us more dandruff/Angel Dust i wanna build a snowman!!!

i was thinking the same thing... my pure black cat has been sat at the patio doors constantly since it started snowing... she's never seen snow since she's been with me.. i might let her out tonight and see what see thinks of it ... she wont be hard to find either being pure black :)
