Ended up with 11 litre OG.06
Was based on a greg huges recipe for a smoked porter.
With some rye malts added.
Very dark and has a slight smokey aroma and a very pleasant taste.Just hope it will turn out ok when bottled and conditioned.
I dont use any brewing calculators,I just like to read up on different malts/hops and stick em in.

I'm a little like you. I use what I think would fit. I've just ordered some smoked malt and some cara red. So I'll keep your grain bill in mind. I've got some chocolate malt in stock too ;-)
