My 2nd TC has been going 3 weeks now and is still bubbling, albeit very slowly, and isn't clearing.
A couple of days ago the gravity looked to be about 1.002
Shall I just bottle it as it is, then in about another week chill it to try to get it clear ?
Or would I be risking bombs?

It was made with Lidl Vitafit apple juice, 2/3 mug strong black tea, 1/3 pack Gervin GV5 white wine yeast

When a pack of yeast says "enough for 5 gallons", how much of it should I use for 1 gallon?

Well, I bottled it. Added a wee bit of priming sugar. Sneak taste says it's cider and will be pleasant when it's aged a bit, whether it clears or not. So now I just have to worry about the bottles exploding. I normally stick them in a box and hope if they do go, the caps come off rather than the bottles exploding.

1 week in bottle:
Still a bit cloudy, barely carbonated, slightly sweet.
Tastes a bit young but otherwise good.
Should be nice in a couple more weeks.

I am looking at my first batch and it is so fizzy it is untrue, can't wait to get it bottled and tasted....

if this works then a 25lt batch will be following!!
