Its going along nicely, the airlock is burping tonight every three seconds.
Azacca hops are really lovely hops, give an amazing pineapple aroma and great great stone fruit flavours. But late now judging by the date; if used to dry hop on high krausen with the right yeast you can get some really intense flavours
