simple christmas beer??

Hi im looking for a simple beer recipie for a beer to get staryed which will be nice at christmas! A beer kit with some spices and fruit thrown in! Is it that simple? Dont wanna start boiling hops cos im a complete novice! Anyone any ideas???

You could just try one of the Christmas beer kits, fir example Brewferm do pne.

Could you add anything to the above kits like cinnamon, cloves, orange peel etc on enhance the flavour or are they good enough on their own!!

I'm not sure to be honest I don't see why not as long as you added a campden tablet or something to kill off the wild yeast on the fruit peel.
