Hi,

I love Sierra Nevada Pale Ale so found your brewday post on here I am looking to do this brew and a Ringwood 49 er as an extract kit. I was curious to find out if you remember how it tasted? and whether it was better with the extra dry hopping before bottling or not worth it?

Dry hopping worked a treat...really fresh aroma, I do it most these days, but then I'm a bit of a hop head
