This was a part AG and only been in the bottle a few.........(can't say)
but I had to try one just to see whats going on.
Great carbonation and tastes pretty damn good...
looks like ditch water...(work in progress)
so clearly not ready yet....
Sits on hands!!!

What recipie did you use?

You can (you may have done already ) harvest the yeast they use although it is the chico strain so not hard to get your hands on that anyway

I used a recipe off You Tube by Gash Slugg, an aussie brewer..
I used US05. It just needs bit of time to condition properly.
Loads of Magnum Pearle and Cascade hops

Sounds good to me, yeah I know Gash (doesnt seem to make many videos lately )

US05 should be spot on its essentially the same..

Might have a go at something similar later on in the year, will be interested to see how it goes

Theres the 'Classic' bit in the video, when he lobs a block of ice one foot square into the FV, to cool things down and says..'trust me, this works'

I did his Choc Vanilla Stout last year and am about to do it again with a few more additions. :)
