Any recommendations on which one is best, I know about the "M" and "V" versions of the Rex C100 and the associate mods for the "M" version to run an SSR. Any info on setups on them, as in setting PV SV etc. Any info on a Sestos would be good.

I've been looking at these. There are plenty of reviews about the Sestos running away and being difficult to set up.
Was hoping to get some replies on this, mainly for brew in a bag with a Buffalo 40 litre. Interested in recirculating the mash for full volume brew.
