I need a bottle filler that I can use to fill approx 500 bottles at a time and not cost a fortune.

I will be filling 300ml bottles that look like this:
https://www.evernote.com/l/ACZtdiwhSeRPiriGB_4RblwcqhwHGndPdK8

I found this which I thought would have been perfect. However, after contacting the seller they advised that the nozzles are too thick and displace too much product, which would result in it not meeting the required fill height.

Does anyone have recommendations for something similar that wouldn't displace too much liquid?

Anything I can think of is going to have trouble with that type of bottle. Do you need to use them or could you use a more standard beer bottle?

We don't want to switch to different bottles if we can help it. We will be selling them and think these look good with the labels we have designed.

imho If you can keg the beer bright, then the simplest solution is to get a 3rd party bottler or caner on the job. the equipment is way too expensive for a single run and a diy knock up would need a few runs to perfect and fine tune with all the good luck going

if its not a one off then a pegas tap or blitchmann counter pressure bottle gun may be worthwhile looking at

selling!! then its a blitchmann cpf.. the pegas taps wont give the same sort of shelf life.

I was thinking of this type of thing http://www.vigoltd.com/Catalogue/Bo...llers-for-beer/Stainless-steel-syphon-fillers but I don't think it will fill those type of bottles very well.

This would have been perfect but I contacted Vigo about this one and the nozzles will displace too much liquid unfortunately.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that this would be for Kombucha and not beer. As it will carbonate naturally during second fermentation we wouldn't be filling from a pressurised container. Instead we would just fill directly from the second fermenter or transfer to another vessel first.
