Well, yes, sediment in bottle conditioned beers is indeed unavoidable.
However, what is entirely avoidable is having a bottle of beer that is difficult to pour. There is no need whatsoever to make beer that is bottled when very cloudy, and which throws a huge sediment when allowed to settle. Simply have a little more patience and bottle your beer when it's pretty clear anyway.
Also, there were things about this promotional video that annoyed me - I only got half way through before jumping ship.
Didn't he say "They've thought of everything, they're amazing, I haven't tried them yet" and then try to do a politician's extrication?
Whatever, he definitely did say "I bottled it last night, it's not clear yet". Yet?????
I gave up at this:
"One of the concerns that we had ââ¬Â¦...Err, that I had, and talked about it with the company..."
For me, a poor promotional video of a dubious product. Just brew your beer properly, no undue haste, and I'll bet that you'll end up with a product at least as good as using these things.
