This is just a heads up to let people know about this year's Christmas swap with plenty of notice. Note this is not the official entry thread, keep an eye out for that early next month.
The secret santa swap has been a great success the last couple of years and hopefully this year will be even better. Last year we had 29 people and 48 swaps, it'd be cool if we could beat that this year.
For the newer members, the idea is that a couple of weeks before Christmas you will anonymously send a beer to another member and you'll recieve a mystery brew in return. Then on or around Christmas you'll drink the beer and post a short review.
It's just a bit of lighthearted fun, so don't be concerned about having your beer "reviewed", we're (mostly) a decent bunch here, we try to keep the comments positive and constructive and a great way to sample another brewers beer.
There's still plenty of time to get a brew on, or otherwise don't forget to stick a bottle or two of that Barleywine aside for Christmas before you neck the lot
