I'm quite looking forward to this. Never tasted anyone else's homebrew so really keen to see what others are achieving!

I'm in X2 , I've been lurking for a while but figured I'd join the party.

I haven't sent beer mail before. Any top tips?

I've been drinking the M&S ginger beer at lunch to get a few brown PET bottles.

I use a carbonation cap to fill 1L PET bottles from the keg for Homebrew Club but I leave the carbonation cap on and take it with me. Anyone else use these? Is it possible to remove the carb cap and replace with a plastic bottle cap without ruining the beer?

Can't help you with the carbonation cap but with regards to posting bottles, a shoe box or any small box works well, a homemade sleeve of thick cardboard around the bottle with plenty of scrunched up newspaper and/or bubble wrap or a pringles tube also works. I've only ever had one bottle smash in the post from dozens I've sent this way.
