Hello, I've just signed up as I'm having another go at this homebrew lark. The first attempt was some 17 years ago and I was less than impressed with my results. But now having one lot of raspberry wine and one lot of plum, plus 2 beer kits on the go my interest has been rekindled. Hell I've even dug the Electrim boiler out of the loft (minus lid, who knows where that went?) so there may even be some AG action on the horizon.
Second time around.
