Hi guy's,
I have just brewed an Authentic IPA (Coopers) & racked it into the secondary with 20gms Cascade for dry hopping.
The Cascade (in a pantyhose leg - 20gm) have been in the secondary for about 4 days now & the bag has rissen to the top. A bit of scum/bubbles are starting to form around it. Should I be worried? Still smells OK although quite strong alcahol smell. ABV calculates out to about 7.3%. Any comments would be appreciated. :wha:

I shouldnt worry, it will be fine im sure :thumb: There is enough alcohol there to inhibit any wild yeast.
