New to the forum. Just upgraded from stove top to a 30l system with 2 boilers a mash and various plumbing and Its quite an intimidating step up at first. It didn't help I bought a potential 10% ABV Baltic Stout as my first use of the kit. It took 7 hours Including sterilising and clean up after) and I made so many errors (especially with extraction). Its fermenting now and in retrospect it was huge fun, but it reminded me how little I know and how much help I will need on this journey, hence being here.
