So I want to try and make a Jaipur clone but am not ready for an AG brew yet. I hear that you can quite easily convert and AG recipe to an extract recipe. I also want to brew a 13 litre batch, rather than the 23 litres. Would anyone be able to help me out with the conversion? Here is a recipe that I have come across:

5100g Pale Malt
180g Vienna Malt

Amarillo 6g @ 75 mins from end of boil
Centennial 14g @ 75 mins from end of boil
Chinook 8g @ 75 mins from end of boil

Amarillo 6g @ 45 mins from end of boil
Centennial 13g @ 45 mins from end of boil
Chinook 7g @ 45 mins from end of boil

Amarillo 32g @ Flameout 30 mins steep
Centennial 43g @ Flameout 30 mins steep
Chinook 43g @ Flameout 30 mins steep

23l target O.G. 1.055
EBU 55

2 Packets of Nottingham yeast

For a 13L brew, replace the Pale and Vienna with 2kg Dry Malt Extract. This will not give you an exact replica, but it looks to me as if the hops are the main thing in this one!

Multiply each hop quantity by 13/23, which is about 0.565.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I would have thought that I'd need to use Light DME with it being a n IPA
