I've had hop/malt balance problems with my brew and I'd like to get to the bottom of this. It seems as though I have a 10:1 ratio of chloride to sulfate, but I'm not really sure. I'd like to do a proper test of the water, but I can't find a test for chloride or sulfate. Is there a Salifert test or something like that which I am not finding?

EDIT: I mistakenly referred to the wrong mineral in my original post, but that has been fixed.

Whops, I meant chloride and not sodium in the original post, but I still would like to know the sodium content. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
