Hi people
I'm brewing a wherry kit at the mo is been in the fermenter for 8days now and is reading 1016. It's not quite finished (although all woodfordes kits i've done never got below 1014) but as i've been away i'm behind on my brewing and really need the fermenter for next kit. So the question is, Is it ok to keg it as it is now and get the next batch on the go? Do i need less priming sugar?

You'll be fine to keg it.

Just keep an eye on the keg and if it starts distorting out of the ordinary release a little bit of pressure.

You could reduce the priming sugar a bit, but unless you are confident it will still go another couple of points I wouldn't bother.
