Hello,

i have a selection of wines i made 4 years ago currently sitting in the loft, all of them of questionable taste(i drank all the good wine a long long time ago!). Some have funny smell (apple wine), some just taste weak/of nothing(runnerbean wine) and some just taste ok (rosehip wine). im reluctant to throw them away as i spent so much time making them.

So my question is, what can i do with **** wine?

Is it possible to maybe distill in into something better? or is it worth restarting the fermentation?

Also

I have a few very sweet versions. (Slider wine and mead). Is there anything i can do to reduce the sweetness?

I believe it makes excellent drain cleaner...
Me and the mrs went through a phase where we were making wine out of all sorts of crap - turnips! for one.
Eventually we learned our lesson and just make wine from good tasty fruit - raspberries, blackberries, elderberries, sloes.
