A friend has asked me to brew a beer for his daughter's christening next month. First time someone has asked me to brew a batch specifically for them.
His request was for a darker style beer (ruby to you and me, he hates porters).
His Daughter's name is Lola, and he's a bit of rock fan, hence the name the name of the ale
Anyhew here's the recipe I've put togther for tomorrow:
