i'm new at wine making and about my 4th try was a couple of bottles of strawberry ribena.When fermented it tasted so horrible-so i put it in the back of the cupboard and forgot about it. There it sat for probably 4 months till I found it-and its not bad at all much better then the youngs strawberry kit which was my first wine. And i can see give it another few weeks and t could be very ,very tasty.
So as the demis are empty i am thinking of doing a couple gallons of ribena wine so went to buy a bottle and took a good look at the shelf-man so many varities of ribena avaliable!
I see lots on the forum about the strawberry and the blackcurrant ribena wines but nothing about the other varities! So has anyone tried making wine with these other ribena varities and ,if so, how did it turn out
