Got pretty much as much stuff bought over the past few days for chrimbo so wife is giving me a day to brew, And I mean the whole day as she is going out with a friend at 17:00 so I get from getting up to some silly hour of the morning to brew beer which is no bad thing.
Note to self must swap out the empty 16kg bottle incase the big one runs out......... Its going to be a cold but very enjoyable day I wonder if i can squeeze a third brew in if so itl be I have no idea yet :D

Go DF I take it mash should well be on it's way by now! 3 in one day!! You better drink plenty of coffee and wrap up warm!

Had to put this on hold until tomorrow as my fermenters which have been kept outside full of water for the past few months are frozen solid  so im defrosting them today and over night, As im not going out tonight I shall be up at the crack of dawn in the morning and getting started, So today is a clean up of the brewery weigh out the grains and hops, in general get everything sorted to make tomorrow as easier a day as is possable.

Cant beleave I forgot to empty the damn FV's their like 3 blocks of ice damn it.

Slightly going off the subject but Gail porter up first PHOWARRR
Gail Porter because it is right nice. and it conditions relativly quickly.

Unfortunatley again no brew as it took most of the day to defrost and clean out the FV's , got up later than planned and I would have been disturbed when trying to brew with house hold chores like shopping and the like. :(

So as im fully booked for work for te following week I shall be brewing on saturday yep the day after christmas, I am also planning on brewing on new years day so its the first brew of the year.
