Restart a fermentation?

Hi,

I brewed a kit and popped it into the fermentation fridge but being a klutz I didn’t close the door. Temp has drop after a few days and fermentation has stopped. What can I do to rescue this?

raise temp and give it a stir? Raise temp and add another sachet of yeast?

My advice is the same as it's always been for a stuck brew!

i.e. "Beat it as if it owes you money!" At the same time, bringing it back to brew temperature of +/-21*C plus sticking in another sachet of yeast will probably help.
