I have been a fan of this Belgian ale for a long time.
I developed a liking for it during business trips to Belgium and The Netherlands.

Does anyone have a recipe or something very similar??

Thanks in advance.

Malt: Pale + up to 10% sugar (either light or dark depending on version you want)
Hops: Styrian Goldings + coriander seeds ( go easy )
Yeast: liquid wyeast 3522 / dry T58

Have fun !

Thanks for that piet.
Do you know if there is any special mash proceedure?

They are almost surely using traditional continental stepped mash (60 -66 - 72 - 78).
But i would completely ignore that if i was you .
I do remember reading somewhere that they brew with rather soft water.
