Good morning folks,

as the title alludes to I am trying to replicate a recipe I made from LME and convert it into an all grain recipe. The exact recipe I used was:
3kg Morgan's caramalt LME
1.5kg Morgan's pale malt LME
11.5g Safale saison yeast
40g Bramling cross 60min boil
4 tsp yeast nutrient.

Would I be able to directly replace the LME with Caramalt and Pale malt grain at the same ratios albeit a higher volume?

Cheers,

Sam.

If it were me, I would get hold of some software, Brewfather for example which is brilliant and free, then input your grain bill as the above ratio and then you can tweek it so that it gives you the required ABV, the same goes for the hops.
