Decided to get a pilsner on the go for xmas, does anyone have any recommendations? Can't be anything that uses a true lager yeast because I don't have anywhere cold enough to ferment it...

Cheers guys :)

You after a kit Liam?

I am mate yeah, any ideas? Probably should have been a bit more specific, I forget not everyone just brews from kits :?

Not got a shed or garage to ferment it in?

Not just yet, got a foundation for a double garage which will eventually be a massive workshop with a 2 post hydraulic lift, inspection pit, workbench and AG brewery but that's probably a year away sadly :(

Then I can heartily recommend the better brew one.

Use extra light spray malt instead of sugar.

Hi

I have just started drinking the Muntons Continental Pilsner, its been in the bottles 3 months now and its fantastic. Its a 2 can kit so its a bit more expensive but you dont need brewing sugar.

Would highly recommend this one and also as said above the Better Brew, but with either brew enhancer or 50/50 sugar and light spray malt. :thumb:

Hi I have done both the better brew Czech pilsner and the muntons gold pilsner and the muntons is the best by far IMHO but as the poster before said its more expensive but I got mine from artofbrewing.co.uk for under £20 free post of you order £50 worth.
