Recommend a "no rinse" steriliser...

I went to Pestco and got some Milton fluid and noticed these....

It doesn't specifically say they are no-rinse but then the instructions don't say anything about having too.
They simply say 'fill bottles straight away" (so assuming that means literally, without rinsing?).
At 75p represents perhaps better value than branded alternatives?
Anybody any experience of these or any other of the supermarket generis sterilisers?

I normally use Milton then decided to try Brewsafe no rinse sanitiser then recently bought some starsan.One thing I will say is that if you are using swingtop bottles these can be totally submersed in Milton but do not place these in Brewsafe or Starsan as the chemical reaction on the clasp metal plating turns the black due to the corrosive effect of the sanitiser as can be seen below.
