Those nice guys from the local brewery have called this week and installed the new beer dispense system.
So now I have the old system in tact. Chiller, four kegs, lines and two fonts and drip trays all ready to go in the (person of none specific or fluid gender) cave. Before the old system was removed I coupled up the kegs to draw off any co2 left in them. All apart from one which is about half full of Carling Does anyone have any tips on using the kegs for home brewing, the 50s are a bit big for me but the 30s are ideal?
