Hi all
Been scanning the forum for a few weeks now, and thanks to you all I have
3 wow at various stages and a couple of turbo ciders on the go.
I would like to do a 15l batch consisting off
4L wgj
1L orange
1L pineapple
1L apple
Topped up with water and sugar to a sg 1.090 -1.095
Question is
How much tannin, will be using tea bags (normally i use 2 bags in a mug for 4.5L)
Would I need glycerine, how much
What type of acid if any and why and how much (I have citric, malic,and tartaric but can get more if needed)
Pectolaze I will be adding also nutrient and yeast, I have a general purpose, Garvin 1 or a sauternes yeast
probably more suited to a red I guess.
