Hey there,
My friends call me Tucker and I live in Brighton. Despite being 32 I only got into ale this summer. I was at a real ale and cider festival and tried some Dark Star Summer Meltdown when they ran out of cider... I haven't looked back! It's the beer equivilant of eating cheddar all your life and suddenly discovering there's a whole world of cheeses out there! (I like cheese a lot)
So I thought I'd have a dabble at brewing some of my own and kits seemed like a sensible place to start. I put a Milestone IPA kit on on Sunday and fingers crossed it'll be chugging away when I get home to check on it tonight! Has anyone made one of these before and do you think I'll get a drinkable brew in time for Christmas? (gonna bottle condition)
I look forward to asking some idiotic questions on here and getting the advice to turn me from a kit virgin into a master brewer!
Cheers :drink:
